how do I apply for a occupation certificate

Frances walker asked over 2 years ago

An Occupation Certificate also needs to be lodged via the Planning Portal.   Below is a link to a help guide. https://shared-drupal-s3fs.s3.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/master-test/fapub_pdf/QRGs/Submitting+an+Application+for+an+Occupation+Certificate.pdf

If you know the PAN number (given to you when you lodged the original application via the portal), you can enter it in and the application details will pre-fill.  If the application is an older application (pre Planning Portal), the details will need to be entered in manually.

Remember that our planning admin team can assist you if you are having trouble.   We are available from 8.30 to 4.45 weekdays at the Civic Centre

    Hello,

The modification of an existing Development Application also needs to be lodged via the Planning Portal.   Below is a link to a help guide. https://shared-drupal-s3fs.s3-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/master-test/fapub_pdf/QRGs/Submitting+a+Development+Application+Online.pdf

In the second step, you will choose the "Modification" option, and if you know the PAN number (given to you when you lodged the original application via the portal), you can enter it in and the application details will pre-fill.  If the application is an older application (pre Planning Portal), the details will need to be entered in manually.

    Hi DideeA,

Only new applications need to be submitted through the NSW Planning Portal.   For those existing applications submitted with Council, you do not need to do anything.   Council's assessing officer will be in contact with you if additional information is required.

    Have a great day
