Consultation has concluded
In July 2017, Bathurst Regional Council commissioned Group GSA Pty Ltd to prepare a design for the Perthville Village Square in which a range of activities, inclusions and future use options were identified.
The design process has involved an extensive community engagement component including meetings with groups including Perthville Development Group and Perthville Primary School and a public forum at Perthville Hall. In addition, a public survey was undertaken and notices placed in the local media, and on Council’s Your Say Bathurst site requesting community input into development ideas for the future use of the site.
The Concept Report has now been prepared and includes information in relation to the consultation process, design direction and vision and the proposed future use concept design for the Perthville Village Square.
Before the Concept Design is adopted, Council is seeking community feedback on the Concept Design Report.
You can have your say by completing an online submission or by a written response to The General Manager, Bathurst Regional Council, Private Mail Bag 17, Bathurst, 2795.
The closing date for submissions is Monday, 21 May 2018.
