Notice is hereby given that Council has, in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, adopted a Draft 4 Year Delivery & Annual Operational Plan which includes:
1. Estimates of Income and Expenditure for 2017/2018 and three year plan to 2020/2021.
2. Statement of Revenue Policy for 2017/2018.
A copy of the Plan can be downloaded from the document library in the sidebar or is available for inspection at the: Finance Counter - Civic Centre, 158 Russell Street Bathurst, the Bathurst City Library, Keppel Street Bathurst, and at the following locations in the villages of Hill End (General Store), Sofala (Souvenir Shop), Wattle Flat (General Store), Rockley (Pub) and Trunkey Creek (Black Stump Hotel).
The Plan will be on exhibition to the public for a period of 28 days commencing Thursday 4 May 2017 during which time Council will receive submissions.
Submissions close at 4.00pm on Tuesday 6 June 2017. Submissions can be made online below or written submissions should be directed to the General Manager, Private Mail Bag 17, Bathurst, NSW 2795.
