Consultation has concluded

Council has received a request from the landowner to remove the ‘school’ special use from the parcel on Westbourne Drive, Llanarth. The landowner has indicated to Council that their intent is to subdivide the land for residential purposes. The subdivision of the land will be subject to a further development application being submitted.

The purpose of this DCP amendment is to amend Bathurst Regional Development Control Plan Map No. 5 Windrayne, Llanarth and Abercrombie by removing the ‘school’ special use from the land fronting Westbourne Drive, being Part Lot 824 DP 1185390 and Lot 111 DP 1145878, to enable the land to be used for residential purposes.

The draft Plan may be viewed at the office of the Bathurst Regional Council for a period of 28 days from 5 June 2017 to 3 July 2017 (public holidays excepted) between 8.30 am and 4.45pm and during this time, interested persons may lodge a submission with Council in respect of the draft Plan.
