Tender awarded

Council has accepted a tender from Talis Civil Pty Ltd for the construction of the roundabout at the Mitre Suttor Lambert Street intersection.

Council will meet with the successful tenderer in coming weeks and will then be able to confirm the timeline for when the work will commence at the intersection.

The tender accepted by Council will see the majority of the works undertaken under traffic control, ensuring traffic can still use the intersection while the roundabout is being built.

Council will also lock in dates for information sessions on the the project in coming weeks.
