Rural Strategy

Rural land is at the heart of the Bathurst Region – shaping our farms, villages, landscapes, and way of life. Over the coming months, the Council is preparing a Rural Strategy to guide the management of our rural areas into the future. This includes looking at key issues such as minimum lot sizes, dwelling entitlements, subdivision rules, and environmental protections.
