Public Notice – Presentation of Financial Statementsas per Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act.
In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Bathurst Regional Council advises that the ordinary Council meeting to be held on 20 November 2024 will include the presentation of the audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports for the year ending 30 June 2024.

Bathurst Library, Keppel St, Bathurst
Submissions close 4pm, Friday 29 November 2024 after the above public meeting has been held.
Submissions can be lodged via the form below or to council@bathurst.nsw.gov.au or in writing to The General Manager, Bathurst Regional Council, PMB 17, Bathurst NSW 2795.
