Temporary Road Closure
George/Lambert St intersection
The intersection at George and Lambert Streets will be closed from Monday, 3 July until Friday 14 July, weather permitting.
The closure is necessary to install a new roundabout with associated medians and blisters.
Library Survey
The community is invited to take part in the library survey to provide feedback on library services. They survey is anonymous, and all questions are optional. To participate, visit the YourSay Bathurst website. The survey closes on Monday, 17 July at 11.00am.
Bathurst Winter Festival
The Bathurst Winter Festival will return during the school holidays from 1-16 July.
The program for this year features food and wine events, festival nights and plenty of activities for families with children. Each night the popular illuminations will be on display on buildings around the CBD.

Home to an increasing cohort of contemporary artists and creatives seeking connection, respite, and balance, regional Australia is a place where artists have space to create,
experiment, respond and challenge.
This exhibition showcases the work of 16 regionally based artists who choose to make work on Wiradjuri Country in the Central Tablelands of NSW. Of primary concern is the impact of man-made and climactic events on the ecologies and landscape of the region.

NAIDOC Week
An invitation is extended to the community to attend the NAIDOC Week Celebration, held in conjunction with Bathurst Local Aboriginal Land Council. The event will include a flag raising, opening ceremony, book launch and lunch.

Community Tree Planting Day
Macquarie Wambuul River, Rankens Bridge and O’Keefe Park
Come and help plant native plants along the Macquarie Wambuul River on Sunday 25 June commencing at 10am at Rankens Bridge - O’Keefe Park. There will be a free barbecue lunch afterwards.
