Look after your mental health

During these uncertain and challenging times, Mayor Ian North would like to remind the community to remember to look after your mental health.

“With restrictions currently in place, many people in our community are isolated from friends and family,” Mayor North said.

“It’s OK to feel overwhelmed, anxious, confused angry and lots of other emotions and I would like to encourage everyone to practice genuine self-care within your routine and seek help when needed.”

Please remember to follow the public health orders currently in place and to get tested if you are feeling unwell. NSW Police are also conducting Operation Stay At Home in an effort to keep the region safe.
