The excitement of the Winter Festival continues with Brew & Bite from midday on Saturday, 13 July.
The event will feature gourmet food trucks, mulled wine and craft beer and plenty of activities and entertainment for all ages from midday to 9.00pm.
Mayor of Bathurst Graeme Hanger OAM said Brew & Bite will have something for everyone.
“Whether you go for food, entertainment or the activities, this is the weekend that’s not to be missed,” he said.
The Winter Festival’s fixtures such as McDonald’s Bathurst Ice Rink, two-storey carousel, ferris wheel and illuminations will also operate throughout the weekend.

Cost: Tickets $8 for ages 3-14, $12 ages 15 and over. Skating aids $6 each.

Carousel

Cost: Tickets are $5 per person to be purchased on the day.

Tips for festival nights:
- Brew & Bite is on Saturday, 13 July from midday – 9pm.
- Parking is available in the public carparks near the RSL, behind the Neighbourhood Centre and behind the Library/Gallery. Parking is also available throughout the CBD including Keppel Street.
- Church St will be closed to all vehicle traffic on Saturday, 6 July at 5.00 am and reopen Sunday 7 July at 6.00 am. Keppel Street, between George and William St will be closed to all vehicle traffic on Saturday, 6 July at 5.00am and reopen Sunday, 7 July at 6.00am.
- Food available from vendors in Keppel Street
- Wine and craft beer available in Machattie Park and surrounding restaurants and cafes. Kings Parade is an alcohol-free zone.
· Bring cash as ATMs are not available onsite. Nearby ATMs are available in the surrounding CBD.
· Bring last year’s event glass for wine purchases or you can buy one for $3at the bar.
