Bathurst Cycling Classic not going ahead in 2022

The Bathurst Cycling Classic for 2022 will not be going ahead due to the uncertainty around Covid-19 and an increase in similar cycling events in NSW.

Event Manager Amanda Marks said the event has seen a drop in numbers in recent years.

“With increased competition and with the uncertainty around Covid-19, Council has made the decision not to proceed.”

“Council would like to thank everyone for their support in previous years which has made the event a success.”
