Consultation has concluded
Section 252 of the Local Government Act 1993, requires Council to adopt a policy for the payment of expenses and provision of facilities to the Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Councillors. The policy identifies expenses that will be paid and facilities that will be provided, in relation to discharging the functions of civic office.
Council is seeking feedback on the draft Payment of Expenses and Provision of Facilities for Councillors policy. A copy of the draft policy can be downloaded from the document library.
Submissions can be lodged via the form below, by email to council@bathurst.nsw.gov.au or in writing to The General Manager, PMB 17, Bathurst NSW 2795.
Submissions must be lodged by close of business Monday 28 February 2022.
