The DIAP aims to improve and support the inclusion of people living with disability in the Bathurst community. Council recognises the importance of ensuring the local community’s perceptions, ideas and concerns are reflected in the DIAP 2022 – 2027. We invite you to have your say by completing the following survey.

Easy read copies of this survey are available at Council’s Civic Centre, Bathurst Library and online bathurst.nsw.gov.au/diap The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete. Confidentiality and anonymity are assured. Your privacy will be respected.

All information collected will be held by Council and will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected. An individual may view their personal information and may correct any errors.
