Consultation has concluded
Council has prepared an amendment to the Bathurst Region Development Control Plan (DCP) 2014 relating to land within the Bathurst Regional local government area.
The purpose of this amendment is to:
Update the DCP Map 35 - Early Government Settlement Archaeology Map to include 20 George Street, Bathurst.
Update Chapter 4 - Residential Development in relation to the applicable precincts for residential unit developments.
Update Chapter 10 – Urban Design and Heritage Management to include provisions to link the Bathurst Main Street Studies to the DCP and require their consideration in future developments.
Update Chapter 12 – Signage and Colour Schemes to reflect the waiving of application fees for signage.
